I did a quick calculation and the 1800 square foot grow room should be able to produce average 2.5 pounds dry per 16sqrft witch works out to 293 pounds per harvest and at 2500$ a pound Grey market price that works out to around 700,000$ per harvest give or take multiplied by 4 harvest a year minimum that works out to $2.8 million.

I rest my case.
