I was watching the action Wednesday and I noticed this about 2-3 minutes BEFORE THE BELL...

PPS was .034.
Ask was .034.
Bid was .0335.
And as you said there were a few hundred thousand shares dumped BEFORE the close on Wednesday, and the PPS closed at .03 Wednesday. While there was a SELL to the BID in the last 2-3 minutes that lowered the PPS to .03, the Bid REMAINED UNCHANGED at .0335 the whole time. There was no transaction at .0335, and the Bid did not disappear either. Even though this happened at 3:57-3:58, it showed up as an after hours trade (which is why you didn't see those 269k shares or whatever it was on the graph of IMUN that day). AND IT DEFINITELY WAS BEFORE THE BELL. The dump just went right through that .0335 Bid. Seems impossible (but I guess not - crooked market makers, crooked everybody involved in this stock), but another poster mentioned that this happened maybe a month or two months ago.

How did this happen? I have no idea. What does it mean? I have no idea, but my opinion would be that the noteholder is dumping off to an insider (I hope)???? I dunno.
