pages 13 & 14 explain. 3 major items. 1. Warrants exercisable at various prices. 2. private placement of shares. 3. ergomed issued block of stock. they would be public transactions should stock be sold. theyre all holding most likely is my guess w/out crazy volume nor price decline.
