Saw this a few weeks back and still not getting any responses from their CFO who is the contact for IR.

ESW bought HIPP. ESW is a major shareholder in UPLD. Not sure why we have not gotten any word on this in years. Still frustrated by this lack of acknowledgement here.

Any other info?
