....1/100........is the math on that option.............still gets us in the neighborhood of $4.25+ per...................$125mio........that number ain't gonna change, imo........

.......unless they move it down.....which could happen if venable LLP was smart enough to build in a clause that would lower the purchase PERCENTAGE in the event the corporate tax rates changed PRIOR TO FUNDING/closure of BK..........very doubtful but possible.........
