.....only problem is this DEAL was consummated 10/14/16...........however, since derivative FC stock is involved, the stock goes up...........the proportion of CASH goes DOWN..................because the size of the pie stays the same..............$125mio...............so, $450 per in FC.......= $90mio.................$35mio in CASH...........

.....so HOPE and CARSON and the BRISTOWS are gonna float this bad boy UP......and UP.........under the fake ITR suit/appeal/settlement........
