What do you suppose the "big surprise" is that we will be seeing in ECPN's delayed financial report? It better be good.....I demand my entertainment value here!
Maybe the surprise is that there will be no report. That pile of slag scam in Clarkdale stopped reporting to the SEC 9 months ago....maybe ECPN is headed that way as well. Actually, I should say that other company didn't stop reporting completely....they still file Form 4's, but they don't see the need to disclose anything else.
