Not saying the company won't be successful, but it is waaaay overvalued here, and hasn't even shown a productive business model.
Like it or not this is the "D" side of the P&D. Don't take my word for it, look at the gap downs every morning. The market will set the real valuation, and obviously feels it is nowhere near here.
