i agree totally. ifxy is not an ico. it is now claiming to be a middle man to an ico company that he also is an owner of. lol comical. but, he wants to be taken seriously. i got 5 developer friends, so i think i will create a company next week and then have then create another company with them, and then i will launch as an ico middleman and they will create a blockchain platform too, or at least make the public claim. and then we'll file to be a public otc company later this year. yeah! that's the way to go! if talari can enter the space, then i know i can too!
