CEO's-PR-here USES WORD-"BLOCKCHAIN"-5x IN-ALMOST-EVERY-SENTENCE:BE-CAREFUL!!! Basically regurgitates previous PR's using the catch-phrase "Blockchain" and related to try to keep the stock afloat after DILUTING FROM A FEW HUNDRED MILLY A/S TO 10B A/S-2.25 O/S+++ RISING, SO TOXIC DEBT HOLDERS who bought below .0001 can keep dumping as long as they can --

see prev. DD:

IT'S VERY POSSIBLE THIS CAN AVOID R/S AND RISE AND BE A NICE PROFIT-MAKER OR IT CAN ALSO CONTINUE BACK TO NO-BID WHEN CONVERSIONS R DONE.

without updates on the LOI (which is essentially an insider deal between IDDR and a company whose CEO is on the BOD of IDDR and plays and active role in identifying strategic partners, ahem) etc. we can only guess.

-- IoSafe does in fact have some very interesting physical products, is a "real company" with physical plant as verified by google earth, however, CEO Moore also boasts of his "guerrilla marketing," again, it can go either way.

play at your own risk.

from today's PR:

Due to the immutable characteristics of blockchain networks, IDdriven is planning a service which makes it impossible for anyone, including directors, high clearance employees and even auditors to tamper with audit processes and results. This will revolutionize the audit process.

At the same time, IDdriven aims to make it easier for auditors to perform their tasks and checks by integrating them into business processes without the need for auditors to be on-site, or in constant contact with the company. This technology enables auditors to detect fraudulent actions and other compliance issues before and/or while they are happening, instead of months after they have happened as often is the case under current practices.

Original PR's:

https://www.barchart.com/story/stocks/quotes/IDDR/4341187/iddriven-reducing-the-risk-for-data-breaches

The control of over who has access to data, and the rigorous enforcement of certification of that access is a very important tool to make sure that your data can only be accessed by people who need to have that access to do their jobs, and have no access to data they do not need. This reduces the risk for unwanted and unneeded data breaches.

Arend Verweij, CEO of IDdriven, Inc. stated, "IDdriven is designed to make sure that provisioning and deprovisioning of employees and contractors is done timely. The certification campaigns of our system will force management to relook at all access to corporate data on a regular basis. This is the only way to avoid that to many people having too much access to sensitive data".
