Not sure what you mean by legit or scam but the Company Name has changed to AZIEL Corporation in ah while it was first ARIEL. So there was a Typo or somebody misinterpret Ballard Filing (if it was a handwritten one)or something like that...
Favct is Ballard took this shell over by hijacking it at the court, same way as Tracy and other did in the past. Obviously he found a buyer for this shell, reinstated it a while back and changed the name.
