what amazes me is that so many people bought this on the run up to 2 cents and invested heavyly to lose so much? does not make scent to me and that the float is so tight it moves on low volume...something is not right i have been here a long time got suck in by the old movement and never sold ...what gets me even more is how they just went pooffffffffffff.no news no nothing for almost a year ............peace kazzz

Because it was an equity trade. If I recall correctly they traded 1 million shares valued at $1.00 each for the company of Accordant. Then removed Dean and put some Accordant folks as the main management. So it was a way for accordant to be snowballed into other companies and use ERF as the shell... That is only my understanding of course

So until we see financials we wait. I assume that if Accordant does well and they do roll them into other companies, we will see a re-branding coming
