I've been observing how the PPS is being propped up sometimes even a 10K buy @2 and that's not likely retail:

Someone didn't-like-the-dose-of-reality+genuine-DD,see my post-today: VERY RISKY GAMBLE HERE WHEN U LOOK @THE PLAYERS, what they've done in the last few months alone to the stock & shareholders and now, the obviously manipulative play on "Blockchain" by re-capping old PR's

Hoping they genuinely will try to avoid an R/S and consider and start to reply to shareholders again (IoSafe is not a public company and has no obligation to do so, IDDR does) -- but this has been the fastest and biggest diluter with increases in A/S and O/S that many long-time observers have seen:

sure it can be a high-risk big winner -- so far today it is trading at face value, does that mean conversions are winding down? --
but so far it's been "the Biggest Loser" so not giving them a free pass!
