It is obvious what the hold up is no money, no credit, worthless shares price. Inept, Evil, Crooked management with no personal credibility. To hear the constant tirades of the big plans for the future, little bird? Not one thing that has been promised here has ever been true. Just so many empty promises over the years. Old King Yates has robbed, and ruined so many dreamers over the years, of their money, and any hope of it growing into anything, they can't even break even on this piece of crap.
