Obviously there is a lack of Stock market/Finance knowledge that is a continuing challenge.

First of all Doing a R/S to uplist to Nasdaq is far different then a R/S to continue to sell shares(as most OTC co's do).

If the Financials/Revenue support a VALUATION that is above the Min level required on Nasdaq, an UPLIST would more than likely be hugely successful.
Without those prerequisites, JAN would NEVER DO IT!!


furthermore there would be PLENTY of buyers. Maybe you are also unaware that most funds/Institutions etc.. are prohibited from buying OTC stocks. But ANYONE of THEM can buy if PGUS were on the Nasdaq.
