I've always wondered why the shorts that have supposedly been manipulating
PTOI down since inception, would allow a single trade at the EOD to destroy
all their hard work of driving this down from 30% to 10%.
Can anyone explain why this evil group who are trying to destroy PTOI, would paint the tape higher at the close, or allow someone else to do it?
