That is what we are waiting on.
I assume very soon as the court order in regards to scheduling conflicts was in Nov.
Wifi One just came in, so I hope very soon.
Will be posting in a minute a little more about.
January and February calendars already posted, might get put on
Feb as an add, but March or April would be my best guess without any
new info from pacer about it or any new court information getting out there.
Nobody knows why it is taking so long, Wifi One stay, talks among the parties, or just both parties lawyers are super crazy busy and aren't free until then.
They key factor is...we are at that stage, that calendar date is next, can't imagine any other possible delay or stall tactic still available to BUngie/ATVI.

IMO both parties were waiting to see what happened in the WiFi One case. Now that that's in, every day we don't see them come in with a date, increases the probability they are in settlement talks. Just IMO of course.
