They likely didn’t or won’t happen IMO. Remember, all important events, including the supposed no-split, have to be made as SEC filings per SEC regulations—Press Releases have ZERO legal impact and mean absolutely nothing. Their failure to file even basic filings or financials is troubling; no veiled threat or creative excuse can pacify me.
