Interesting thing is the TA is still going off the numbers of SERS and not USTU. Can only find a little info in filings on SERS it didn't last long then USTU acquired the shell. Last info from USTU is 75 mil os. Have you found any info of USTU r/s before 2013?

To be on the safe side, you'll have to order (purchase) the Filings that hit the NVSOS. They'll likely show if they are planning a RS or not.
