Plenty of blame to go around, including prior authorization requirements/denials from insurance companies, and Braeburn (and now Indivior) charging outrageous prices.
I don't know the chances of this happening, but if it is part of the budget compromise that hopefully will happen this month it would be a very good thing for Titan. $25 billion in opioid epidemic funding over the next two years (there was $1 billion spent over the last two years).
