You don't-have-much-risk @those prices,consider-true-longs-who bought 20-50X++ multiples higher on news which made it seem company was out of hibernation and doing big things fast with this LOI Acquisition...
might indeed blow up or go R/S, a real crapshoot here. As for wrong BVTK partner, this one's got an A/S of 10B (up from a few hundred Milly just B4 the Dutch Dilution Diarrhea started), and 2.25B O/S while LI$E has an O/S under 20 MILLY as of a week ago -- while BVTK itself is pulling a weight of A/S 10B near maxed out at 8B+ with more conversions due -- but he HAS asserted "no R/S 'wanted.'"
Nonetheless BVTK is moving this week but Tom's not exactly been in the Witness Protection Program like THESE GUYS, gotta give him that, he's taken his slings & arrows and not lying down.
This CAN take off with news LOI is moving forward, real rev's, something more... or not... true they have to release an 8K for any formal updates but they do seem to be abusing the SEC "system."
On the upside...it's so low not much downside.
