My memory cannot remember reading anything from the company indicating first quarter. I need to have it checked.
I believe they fully intended to report 2Q. I think a combination of cash influx, debt resettlement that probably once hindered financing and aggressive expansion caused it to be impossible or face financials that looked grim on the surface. Getting those blemishes off the books and even a little real financing will look real strong if/when reporting status is achieved.
I can almost promise that "by Feb." was invented purely as a pump for a few passengers to exit.
