Great question....as of now ....

I don't have any real worry at all...just like in 2014 with MJ stocks. If you have done a considerable amount of DD on your stocks or companies in which you choose to invest... The hope is that you are minimizing that exposure. As such - the ones I look into - need to pass certsin smell tests or they undergo our own heavy scrutiny

SEC Crackdowns happen on all exchanges and at every level - and they are essential. I do not ever wish to be invested in any type scam - and the actions are done to protect the investing public.
