Hmmm says that the company hasn’t taken any new financing within the last 180 days but on the outer web they supposedly confirmed the $21 million financing finally completed last Sept. can’t have it both ways.
Didn’t a judge enforce that no insiders were allowed to sell shares last year so their hands are forced not to sell. They also mention that they have never been involved in promotion of any kind yet there is proof that they paid promoters multiple times in the past to pump NTEK. The lies never end at NTEK.
