Happy Cola Payday Dilution Day!!

Sounds like a good strategy for one last payday to me for the Colas and friends. Dilute x 2 - should easily bring us below a buck. on top of that we're already deficient on NASDAQ listings so that would be the bullet in Sigma's bulbous head. Delist time - as they skate off with the remainder of our money. If you vote YES for that then you deserve the results (unless you're on the receiving side of course). This is bad. Real bad.

I'm just getting a glimpse at the 8-K filing. I see it's a doubling of the authorized share count which is better than last year's 30 million authorized share request. It's a much more reasonable request. I appreciate your response and others (Desmarco and Max) that have skin in the game over the years here.
