So if Davie is the only member of the NTEK BOD, does that make him CEO, CFO, CIO.....etc? Is he really going to run the whole NTEK show now and doesn't that violate his parole or is he clear now? Not a peep from him till the threats of lawsuits and criminal investigations against concerned shareholders recently and now he is all over the place.
