that is true- although the burden of proof is still on the prosecution. If the company is executing & making money, it overall does not matter in the long run. Where is Equifax stock right now? it is almost back to where it was because they are making money. no one gives a damn about drama, what matters to share holders are the earnings. so that is what everyone should be keeping their eye on.
