I agree. These are cheap shares. However (lol), I fundamentally disagree with your post # 2973

I completely disagree with your reason(s) for why each company is valued at their current share price. Without going into a long drawn out explanation I will just say from today's Monthly Report:

The Company also continues to evaluate the potential commercial impact of an assortment of biomarkers tested so far to determine the most effective strategy going forward.

Management is focusing on preparing a plan to focus the Company efforts towards biomarkers corresponding to a single disease or metabolic pathway.

Those two components of the Monthly Report - clearly states we do not have a clear path to profitability. We continue to EVALUATE ~ DETERMINE ~ FOCUS ~ PREPARE ~ PATHWAY ~ GOING FORWARD.

Unlike Cannabix which has a clear path to profitability on two fronts (A Demonstrable Market Demand For A THC Breathalyzer & Interlock Device(s)). Clearly there is currently a timeline difference of the two that impacts current share price. However, I do agree and stated many times before (well before you) that Breathtec will ultimately surpass Cannabix in value. I believe Breathtec can be worth 10 times Cannabix in the long run. No point at this point in whining about it on a daily basis on either board. Longs here and there, with Shell @ The Helm, have pretty much predicted the trajectory of both to date, with the exception of a few well known outliers.

I remain long in both - period. I advocate for both. I rip into both. It all depends on what management is doing at said time with my decision making/investment money. It's obvious as well that Breathtec has no leadership at the helm in terms of a standard company structure. There remains lots of unanswered questions from 2017 that were dragged into 2018. Such unanswered questions as a whole remain a drag on the company psychology, it's investors, and potential investors for the foreseeable future IMO. Unless and until we receive a material News Release that puts some or all of these matters to rest, common shareholders will remain haphazardly floating...

P.S. Please do not misconstrue my opinion(s) as fact. I am not implying Breathtec is not worth today's close price. I am merely stating we need a clear path (spelled out in writing) to success that does not exist. That remains a very troubling thing IMO - Period.
