Only the company knows the reason for the crossbones and why they never kept filing. But as we understand it from visiting with the CEO they are working on the fins and soon no more crossbones. That's the best I can give you right now.
ARYC's former accountants had their license revoked by the PCAOB so they had to RESIGN and ARYC had to hire a new accounting firm (RRBB) and have RE-AUDITS done. That was PR'd a little over a year ago. Re-auditing and catching up with filings has been complicated and obviously time consuming.
