From FNMA board this eve:
CCHR are retiring, forcing pps down to load using reform circus
Corker, Crapo, Hensarling and Royce are retiring. They are using reform bill to scare investors to load boat at lower pps. At the end, CCHR and Warner will let Mnuchin do administrative fix and they will agree for 3R with common shares hitting much higher than $13.
