Judge panel is the calendar date.
That date should be announced any day as
the last order from court was in Nov
in regards to conflict of schedules
by both parties attorneys.
SOme speculate we haven't seen a date as of yet due t talks,
others speculate the date hadn't been set yet due to this pending Wifi One
decision. I am in the second camp.
BUt nobody knows when date will be, be it is the next step.
All other filings, briefs, and such in place,
again las court order was in regards to scheduling.
So any day now.
