I am not a technician but today's trading volume, over 93,000 shares, and high of .549 indicate that a breakout is looming. I was able to pick up some shares in the last few days but I noticed that the volume on the bid and ask are very bullish.

IMO, CAPC will explode when they announce the new product line.

Hoping for 57 cents this week
