Nothing on the Friday hearing yet, but many filings over the weekend on case matters. Blue Coat attorneys continue to rack up small victories on the motions front.
They are having motion hearing this morning and jury selection/trial are on the docket. Judge will need to makes some decisions so they can do opening arguments.
Interesting they are trying to get a run going with numerous 100 share buys. Don't know what direction it will go, but I'm not going to chase it.
Bad feeling about this trial. Should be better guidance today.
