I see there are 2 out of the 10 they announced in Dec/Jan.
As for the “2300 sites under contract”...there are not 2300 towers under contract to be built. The contracts are for the rights to build if they can attract and negotiate a contract with a telecom provider. What percentage of those locations ever actually get a tower is unknown.
The only quantification so far of Helpcomms revenues is about $6 million per year. That would be about 30-40 towers per year.
But until we see Helpcomms financials 75 days after close of an acquisition we don’t know what things look like.
