We need an intelligent CEO a heck of a lot more than another partner.
We already have two of the best partners in AMGN and GOG plus a number of others.
Money is not the game but brains. Good CEO's are good money raisers.
Need I repeat the true story of the unschooled Polish physicist who scoffed at threadbare scientists reading their papers to each other at scientific conventions as he luxuriated in wealth along with investors despite having no revenues for a couple decades. Kind of funny Stanford would carry a grudge under the circumstances.
A fraud? A huckster?
Not on your life.
Stanford Ovshinsky is a giant yet today despite his passing:
Stanford R. Ovshinsky, an iconoclastic, largely self-taught and commercially successful scientist who invented the nickel-metal hydride battery and contributed to the development of a host of devices, including solar energy panels, flat-panel displays and rewritable compact discs, died on Wednesday at his home in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. He was 89.

Placing Mr. Ovshinsky in “the league of genius inventors,” The Economist magazine once titled an article about him “The Edison of Our Age?”
If not quite that, he was certainly among the 20th century’s most inventive breed of scientists who, like Edison, parlayed their ideas into practical commercial applications.
Nobody expects Advaxis will be able to hire an Edison or Ovshinsky, who were superb businessmen despite enormous handicaps, but there is no shortage of excellent scientists looking for work.
