UNGS retained 19.99% of the Greater Cannabis Co after giving the Share holders the other 80.01% as a dividend. the S1 registration has been filed and excepted and made effective buy the SEC.

On August 31,2017, the Securities and Exchange Commission declared The Greater Cannabis Company, Inc.'s (the "Company") Registration Statement on Form S-1 Effective. The Company has filed its Form 211 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and awaits the Company's trading symbol and initial trading date.
