The SEC is not investing in HEMPINC, they are investigating HEMPINC and associates for stock fraud.
Bruce has never been one to play by the rules and he has plenty of ways to be dumping shares on the market, as he has been doing continually all along.
Any thinking otherwise is just plain and simple naivety.
