I just don't know how oi2go, oi2tv, and viva interrelated at the moment.

I am theorizing they are all 1 in the same. Essentially viva entered into the oi2tv agreement with oi2. And as a result viva is evolving into oi2go. Or something along the lines of this half baked thought.

To clarify the 51/49 was announced a while back as oi2tv, not oi2go.

So maybe the end point of my theory is just where your baseline assumptions start by calling that venture oi2go. Which I am thinking is right but has never been announced as such since it was "oi2tv"
