I think it is possible that mgmt. may make a decision Q1 once they've had time enough to assess and confirm continued sales whether to RS or not. I do believe there is a good chance that they will put out year end and Q1 financials at that time.
I think the RS is not off the table at this time, and possibly with continued strong sales, CEO may be convinced to not follow through on such a move-and that is based on Darin's comment that he knows people who invested $1M in this. If that is the case there are some for whom Kristul will not want to place in a position of heavy losses....perhaps. Just a theory.
