Aside from PUBLIC information like in filings and PRs and what is on the web... what additional sources of info exist that would not be considered material and non-public and would be against the law to trade on?

Really? Where did all the additional shares that suddenly appeared in the OS come from? I don't think anyone can genuinely argue that the company didn't issue those...
