They (Tomas/Comella) have spread rumors in BLOGGY-VILLE that a PRIVATE HELD LLC filed in Florida, named "GACP" (actually GACP filed qty-7, yepper, SEVEN, tiny micro LLC's...nothing like trying to confuse the SEC and keep them books all funkied up eh..SEVEN micro LLC's all with the words "stem cell" in them, rapid-fire like, empty little micro LLC's with no proof they're even capitalized, no info on who any "mystery owners" or "investors" might be...oh, like say USRM insiders possibly...pesky junk like that...)......so GACP "might" open a "new clinic" but it has nothing to do with USRM that I can see listed in any LLC filing...as to USRM having so much as ONE PERCENT of "ownership" or even "managerial control" over a damn thing GACP LLC and their SEVEN VARIANT micro LLC's do on any given day...so WHAT exactly does anyting about GACP LLC have to do with this here penny stock...that will, or would benefit the shareholders...than can be PROVEN in any way ????

Cause I checked their SEC filings, and they DO NOT OWN A SINGLE CLINIC, NOT A ONE. NO ASSET(s) to this here company.
GACP is "claiming" they will open "new clinics" but no proof that's even happening, and who cares if a PRIVATE HELD LLC opens anything? It's funny to me..GACP the private LLC who CEO and CSO Tomas and Comella now "WORK FOR" while sucking this sub 3 CENT POS dry to the tune of approx $1.7 MILLION bucks annually between just those TWO PEOPLE, in large base salaries and CASH BONUSES...they can somehow "work for" a PRIVATE LLC which they're likely part of (self dealing if you ask me) and one that would be in direct competition to USRM's stated "business plan" in their own damn SEC filings..so somehow GACP, they, they, they they can get a clinic open in a few months, but the Kuwait blah blah "clinic" has been hyped and pumped for what, like almost a freaking YEAR NOW ?? What the H is up with that..I guess it's tough to lease a little doctor's office suite in Kuwait and start doing biz....or what...????? MAKES NO SENSE TO ME...none....looks like smoke-n-mirrors PR hypity as usual..just classic bloggy tales series stuff to me...BS....
TRY and get a hold of that High Rising Group, the supposed "company" handling the "Kuwait clinic"...NO ADDRESS, NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED, NO MGT NAMES SHOWN OR LISTED...nothing but a "contact us" page, and the website is registered to ONE GUY, it's not even a corporation.....vapor-ware if you ask me...as always with this OTC-ville special.....
Can't wait for the potential (likely IMO) next major FDA "ENFORCEMENT ACTION" and the next "GOING CONCERN WARNING" either...will be very exciting to me....fantastic and fascinating....maybe another NEW LAWSUIT for another "harmed patient" even....2018 should be a banner year IMO...hell yeah......
