there is no loan, there is no interest. there are no payments. ignition is buying newly printed shares at a discount, this is dilutive paper hanging 101. jf has asked for $2 million worth of these shares at this point, which will add 1.3 billion shares to the float, and there is still another $3 million worth right behind these, waiting to be dropped on shareholders. this isn't spin this is reality. everything else in you post is jibber jabber to obfuscate the issue. be back soon, gotta go play with some snow bunnies...enjoy the dilution
