Seems Doo Ho Parks has been announced as CEO on LRDR and he is involved with OFTGLOBAL and OFT Coins.

I believe he also registered the domain for WonderCoolKorea - so maybe he had a hand in what happened here? I noted WonderCool mentioned in the IBOX.
