I'm not arguing about past conditions - just commenting on current ones.

I can only guess, like you, about who has been selling PTOI stock or how much they've taken in, but will concede that it appears someone has been selling. The shares "readily available" could be from anywhere; it is just as likely that regular investors, like some here who have recently mentioned that they have bought (and subsequently sold) positions within the last month, are responsible for the volume. Not too curious about that, either.

Don't you find it even a bit interesting that a well known associate of the newly appointed woodchuck idiot said this the day before the PR ?

Too many assumptions here for me: I don't know who you are referring to, I don't how well anyone knows anyone else who posts on this board, I don't know your definition of "associate", and I don't share your interpretation of the post to be "sharing insider information" before actual announcements are made by the company. But I do agree with your eventual assessment that there is no real proof of anything.

Until I see Forms filed showing insider sales, or big increases in the OS, what's happening here won't meet my criteria for a P&D.
