But ,, methinks that these shares may be coming from holders of shares that are now long term capital gains---took some profits in 2017 and are now taking some in 2018---

Perhaps when they finish we will begin to see the PPS increase and hold its increases--

Here is the counterpoint.....( and you may be right because this is a pink with a lot of problems)...but if it is a stock selling scam, why not pump the price and get a lot more than 3 centavos per share?
