I wasn't impling that. What bothered me about the link is it's from Rutgers with no mention of Bavi or PPHM. At the bottom of link it says (as previouly posted)........

"Intellectual Property & Development Status:
Patent pending. Available for licensing and/or research collaboration."

it also says............

"Rutgers scientists have developed a series of novel fusion proteins consisting of a PS-targeting domain and an immune-stimulating cytokine domain."

We know it originated from, lets just say PPHM but the implication from the other text leaves me wondering intent.
