I just talked with him just the other day. He didn't communicated anything about the amount of covers he has sold. We personally won't know until he releases the filings.

What keeps me here is the potential sales.

Screw the late filings. So long as I see these 1,000+ covers in the next 2werks, filings can be as late as Rossi needs.
It's not hurting anyone or anything.
I'm still waiting for the big sell off.
I don't see any 5% filing their Form4s, so that hot air is just that.
