You have to realize that on a very simple level what you're suggesting doesn't make sense.

Just because the PPS goes up, doesn't mean your chance of making real money goes away. Your chance for a home run isn't because ENDV's PPS is 6 cents. Your chance for a home run is because the market cap for ENDV is so low. A RS doesn't change the market cap.

Now.....all that being said....practically speaking, the PPS often drops after a RS for reasons like the fact that you as an investor some how think you own something different after it happens....other investors think the same....other investors know this. The markets reacts.

OTOH, if the RS is done to get uplisted, getting uplisted can have a very positive effect on the PPS.

Hi Newbie! I have to step out for a few now so I can respond a little more indepth this evening, but no you're not day dreaming about .50-$1! One major catalyst such as submitting to FDA, buyout, additional positive clinical results, institutional investor, etc would all be enough to push this to .30-$1+

Will those price points stick long term? Who knows, but if this were to shoot above .50 I'd be taking profits no matter how much I believed in ENDV in the long run

If we did a RS would you not make as much as you would possibly in a .06 stock? Yes, but you'd also be eliminating a ton of risk. I still think we have plenty of time before an RS and do I think we shoot up somewhere AT MINIMUM of .20-.30 before a RS? Yes, I think we will and I think we have a strong possibility of that in the first QTR!~
