Ummm, OK. That filing shows Parkinson valued HHSE at $18 million for the purposes of the fake CRIM merger. You claim the library alone is worth $28 million. When I pointed out that discrepency you suggested that HHSE's total valuation also includes liabilities. Ergo, they must have $10+ million in liabilities.

Which is absurd.
