I wouldn't touch it until the dust settles. IMO, this will go very low as Bob and Carl continue to dilute and plan for moving to the OTC, print every piece of paper available, and of course the RS every other year on 10/28. Might be some flips in there, but they are thieves, any move up guarantees they are printing paper into that news.
